Kathy & Billie Jo Keeps The Family Together!
Mark and Linda were your typical family living in Loveland, CO. They were raising their children, had achieved the American Dream of Home Ownership then Mark had a heart attack. After recovering from the heart attack came the loss of Mark’s job. Mark and Linda continued to make their mortgage their first priority and found various ways to make that payment.
Mark eventually found a job halfway around the country, while Linda stayed in Colorado to keep the kids in their good schools. The stress of trying to keep up with the bills and being apart from family led to Mark’s 2nd heart attack. It was clear that a different alternative was needed. Mark and Linda contacted Kathy and Billie Jo to list the home and it was determined that a short sale was the way to go.

Kathy found the CEO and emailed him. She was told one thing, then another, but she never gave up. She kept calling and emailing until finally we closed at 5 p.m. on the closing day.”
Mark and Linda are no different than many homeowners today, now they can be together as a family and enjoy each day without the worry of foreclosure.

THE MOST HONEST ANSWER FROM ANYONE AT THE BANK IS THAT CITI IS TWO BIG TO CARE ABOUT LOOSING $50,000 AND THERE IS NOBODY AT THE BANK CAPABLE OF HANDLING MY REQUEST.
