You closed a short sale with 3 liens. That is absolutely amazing! You’re the first one I’ve heard of. I’d like to know how you did it and how long it took.
Great Job Cathy …. thats impressive! All this time I have been using a legal service to negotiate and close short sale deals until I heard about Lee and the Chapman brothers and I am truly excited to be partnered with them and the “short sale fraternity here”. Start doing things myself (with their guidance)….

Agents still tell me “no way I’ll ever do a short sale”. Well, I say, get out of my way because although it’s an ardous transaction, I can’t think of a better way to help people in this economy. Just closed my first short sale, it had 3 liens and was a juggling act to be sure. But in the end, a persistent first time homebuyer got a great house. And, my seller’s are client’s for life. Realtors have to come to grips with what the market is and adapt, or get a job!
