On March 25th and 26th in Huntington Beach, CA. Ambassadors came together at the Shorebreak Hotel to celebrate the families they are helping and to educate themselves of changes in the market.

One of the biggest tools Agents can have in Real Estate is Education and that is why a group of Helping A Million Homeowners Ambassadors attended the two day training sponsored by Short Sale Genius. Each of the Ambassadors understands the importance of keeping themselves up to date with current market trends and changes in the industry. That was the entire purpose of The Short Sale Invitational. “The SSG Invitational was very helpful, lots of knowledge picked up. Motivational to help as many more distressed homeowners as possible” says Ambassador Tony Castillo of Lynwood,CA.

Ambassador Cindy Marty of Culver City, CA says that she has a new sense of commitment and motivation to go out and help homeowners in her community. Cindy will share with us next week about a family that has touched her life and what she did to help them through their difficult times.

In the next couple of weeks many new stories will be posted and many new Ambassadors will be joining our movement to Help ONE MILLION HOMEOWNERS avoid foreclosure. If you are an Agent and helping families in your neighborhood, join us by clicking on the red “Join Now For Free” banner in the upper left corner of this website. You too can be honored for the difference you are making in your community.

Be recognized for being a part of the solution, for giving hope and for your commitment to families in your area.

Helping A Million Homeowners honors and thanks our Ambassadors.

Who you are and what you are doing really does make a difference!

The end of 2009 and the beginning of a new season in 2010. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

By Matt Gil

The end of 2009 is only days away and I think we can all agree that this year has FLOWN by! I understand now why my parents and grandparents said that the older you get the faster time seems to go.

It’s exciting to hear everyone talk about their plans for next year and all the NEW resolutions that they are making. Everyone get’s excited about what they want to do and what they are setting their goals for. This year I want to do something a little bit different… I want to look back at the incredible year we have had and reflect on all of the lives that have been touched by our Ambassadors.

Today we have hundreds of Ambassadors spread throughout the United States that are making it their mission to stand up for homeowners and give them Hope, Encouragement and Educate them on options and choices they have, other than foreclosure! Our Ambassadors have done amazing things to help out families in their neighborhood. They have assisted families who were dealing with difficult and trying times. Families who had lost key family members and couldn’t afford to keep their home, families that were facing major health issues and were overwhelmed by the cost of medical attention & many military families that were not given a choice where to settle but are serving their country and goes where they are deployed to.

This year before you focus on your goals and visions for the upcoming year, take some time to acknowledge what you have already accomplished. Sit back and celebrate the challenges that you have overcome, the goals that you have achieved and the tasks that you remain focus to complete. Honor yourself for who you are and what you have done. Take a moment to acknowledge family, friends or co-workers for the journey that you have seen them take this past year. Then write out your goals for 2010.

I am confident that 2010 will be a year of change for all us. May this next year bring you and your family and the families in your community much peace, love, health and success.

Thank you to each of our Ambassadors for who you are. REMEMBER: WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Hundreds of Real Estate Agents throughout the US are defining what the word "GIVE" means, not just this Christmas season but all year long!

By: Matt Gil

If you are like me, you are in shock how quickly Christmas came this year. It seemed like just a few weeks ago summer was just ending and now I am finding myself fighting crowds in the stores. Apparently many other people have waited to the last few days before Christmas to do their shopping just like me!

Through all the Christmas chaos at the stores I had the chance to sit and just watch people as they were shopping for their loved ones. I sat back and watched a brother and sister shop with their mom and were looking for something to give to their older brother. It was refreshing to watch the excitement they had about being able to GIVE a gift and weren’t consumed with a gifts for themselves. Watching them and the thousands of others shoppers inspired and encouraged me.

We all know how this year has had it’s challenges for many Americans, and despite our economic status, so many people are giving what they can. Many Americans are giving hope, relief, new beginnings and encouragement. These people I am speaking about are the hundreds of Helping A Million Homeowner Ambassadors spread throughout the US. Each of these Ambassadors have committed to making a difference and give to homeowners in their communities what government agencies can’t give…. HOPE, COMPASSION and COMFORT.

When you look up the word “Give” it is defined as: to furnish, provide; to cause; be responsible for; to give care about something to the value of; to be connected with. That is who our Ambassador’s are… they define the word “GIVE”. They are committed to giving!

Our HMH Ambassadors; furnish homeowners with education on what their options are to help them through difficult times and provide them with solutions.

Our HMH Ambassadors; are responsible for preventing thousands of homeowners from going into foreclosure and facing the devastating results of the foreclosure process.

Our HMH Ambassadors; give care to the homeowners in their community and are dedicated to empowerment. HMH Ambassadors sacrifice their time and energy to help out those who feel that they have no options, they sit with and spend time listening, discussing and empowering families to make stronger, smarter decisions.

Our HMH Ambassadors; are connected with hundreds of other Real Estate Agents that understand the importance of learning the Short Sale and Loan Modification processes. They understand that by being educated they are empowered to help more families and GIVE hope, comfort and relief during difficult and challenging times.

HMH Ambassadors define the word “GIVE”!

This season, all of us at Helping a Million Homeowners wish to salute the hundreds that have already said YES to becoming an HMH Ambassador. Thank you for dedication to the families that you have and will support. This Holiday season take some time and acknowledge yourself for the families you have helped. Take a few moments and reflect on the lives YOU have forever changed. If you feel within your heart that you want to join our campaign of helping families avoid foreclosure through Short Sales or Loan Modifications, please click on the red banner “Join Now For Free” on the upper left corner.

Helping A Million Homeowners wishes each of you the Happiest of Holidays! May each of you and your families be blessed and may this season be filled with love, family, peace and joy.

Who you are and what you are doing… Really does make a difference!

What does it take to be an HMH Ambassador? This Thanksgiving we are thankful for the Dedication and Compassion each of our Ambassadors exemplify. We are Thankful for each and everyone of the Ambassadors that are helping families throughout the US.

by Matt Gil

Can you believe that we are now only 1 month away from the end of the year… WOW has time gone by so fast. It is exciting to think about what the next year holds for us all.

I wanted to take a minute and stop to really Thank each and every one of our HMH Ambassadors for their dedication and passion to help families. I noticed that as I was writing the articles about our Ambassadors, I often use the words “dedication” and “compassion” in their stories. It bothered me at first and I began to look for other words to use other than just those two. But as I sat back and thought about it… using those words really made sense!

It’s no secret that we are moving forward through a rough market right now and many families are doing what they can to not only keep their jobs and homes but provide a comfortable life for their family. Unfortunately not everyone is able to make it, some are seriously facing foreclosure and losing the HOME that they have worked so hard to obtain. That is where our Ambassadors have stepped in. It truly takes DEDICATION and COMPASSION to walk a family through the process of leaving their home and being able to rebuild their lives. It’s not by accident that those words continue to come up… not everyone has the compassion to sit down with a family and educate them of what their options are and what to expect during this process. And not everyone has the dedication to do the work and have the persistence and patience to work a short sale file from listing to closing. Not everyone can do all of that and make sure the family still has their dignity.

This Thanksgiving Holiday, Thank you to each of you who are out in your community making the difference for the families in your neighborhoods. Thank you for saying “YES” to the call for support in your neighborhood. Thank you for your determination to not allow another homeowner to be run over by the “powers that be” and giving hope in desperate times. Thank you for your compassion to comfort and educate families as they move through what they are facing. Thank you to each of you for who you are and what you are doing.

Happy Thanksgiving to each of our Ambassadors and the Families that they have touched!

Easton Chapman wants everyone to know just how easy it is to Help a Million Homeowners plus find out the latest information on how many NEW AMBASSADORS have joined in on making a difference for families in their communities.

Blog by: Matt Gil

So today is only Tuesday and already we are off to an exciting start. First off I want to thank EASTON CHAPMAN (pictured) for coming into our offices today and lending a hand), Easton is showing everybody how “it’s really that easy” to join and help families avoid foreclosure. We have had over 500 new Ambassadors join in less than a 24 hour period… bringing us to 730 Ambassadors at the time of this blog. WOW!!!

I have to be honest, when I stepped in as the Helping a Million Homeowners (HMH) Coordinator I wasn’t sure how we were going to make it happen… I just knew we HAD to make it happen. To say that “times are tough,” really is an understatement, we ALL have been affected by the economy and some affected more than others. That is why HMH was created to help those that need the help from facing the devastating and long lasting effects of a foreclosure.

Amidst this housing crisis, there are REAL PEOPLE that are helping REAL FAMILIES! Recently we put out a call for more Ambassadors to join us in helping homeowners throughout the nation and I was blown away by the immediate responce from so many agents and brokers that have said “YES” and committed to making a differnce in their community. We now have Ambassadors from California to Washington, Boise to Virginia, Florida to Nevada, Arizona to Ohio just to name a few. It seems that we are adding a new Ambassador every 10/15 minutes. This is a true sign of hope for residents throughout the US.

NOTE FOR CURRENT AMBASSADORS:

Now that you have joined an elite group of real estate professionals that are completely dedicated to being a part of the solution to today’s housing market chaos… be recognized for what you are doing and who you are helping. Log into your account and input the families you have helped through short sales or loan modifications since 2007. Remember to keep your account updated as you close more listings and help more families! Each week we are selecting Ambassadors of the Week to spotlight on the homepage and very soon will begin to release press releases about who is helping and some of the incredible stories of the families that are being helped.

ATTENTION REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS:

Find out about the ways to help spread the word about what you are doing in your neighborhood.

Thank you to ALL of the new Ambassadors that have joined us and please remember to log the homeowners that you have help. I will be posting some new stories this week and will be highlighting a few other Ambassadors so keep an eye out for those stories. I guess I should get back to work, so keep those number rising and keep those stories coming. I will be checking in with you at the end of the week.

We have added 84 NEW HOMEOWNERS IN just 4 hours… Way to Go AMBASSADORS!!

They work hard every day to make sure that residences get the information and resources needed to make good decisions that fits their families needs.

It is because of Steve and his team’s commitment and passion that they are selected as one of our Ambassadors of The Week.

Like many Realtors in his area, Steve needed a way to separate his business and survive in tough times. “While REO’s are hot in our area short sales were being avoided like the plague. So initially it was a decision driven by necessity. We soon became know locally as the Realtors willing to take on those impossible short sales and could actually get them to closing.” It was during this time that Steve found out how little REAL information homeowners had about their options, “We found a passion and drive to help as many as we could” says Steve.

To date, Steve and his team have logged in 26 homeowners they have helped this year avoid foreclosure and they are excited to report they have another group of homeowners that will be closing very soon. C. Lyons a client of Bradley Group International writes “… your ability to do the short sales, your attention to detail and your knowledge to get this done in the most expeditious manner has helped me a great deal… simply thanking you seems so inappropriate.”

Mr & Mrs. Lyons owned a home since they had it built for their family over 20 years ago. In the last 2 years they both had health problems and money soon ran out. As most would do, they had to take money from their home to help make it through. Soon the bills overwhelmed them and even keeping their home became impossible. That is when Bradley Group International sat down with the Lyons family and decided that a short sale was their best and only option. While it took over 2 months to get an offer they were able to close the deal in less than 60 days after submission with no deficiencies, no promissory notes and zero money out of the families pocket. Steve feels “It is a great feeling to help such a deserving family get through such a tough situation.”

We have received numerous letters about how “valuable,” & “knowledgeable” the team at Bradley Group International are and how thankful so many families are for their dedication. Dave and April of Gainesville, VA said “The information you provided kept us optimistic yet realistic. Somehow you and your team got our short sale approved and we closed the deal a mere 9 weeks after putting the house on the market”.

“We started our short sale careers just trying to survive in a tough economy” says Steve. “A year and a half later we look back and are grateful that we have stayed strong and grown our business. But the REAL REWARD absolutely comes from the families we have saved from foreclosure and the support we were able to provide them.”

Helping A Million Homeowners acknowledges and salutes Steve Bradley and his team at Bradley Group International for always putting the family first and staying committed to making a difference.
