Bibi and Beatrice are amazing. They did the unbelievable. Short sold two properties for me in a matter of months. It was easy to tell from our first meeting that these women are the “real” deal and are the right people to get the job done. Professional, experienced, hard working, thorough, efficient, fast and have great interpersonal skills. Seriously, what more can one ask for? In times of financial hardship and suffering, it’s challenging to find a team of experts who can be trusted. Plus, facing the possibility of foreclosure is quite emotionally draining. Beatrice was referred to me by a friend and was the second realtor I’d spoken with. The first realtor I spoke with left me uninformed and skeptical of a successful outcome. So by the time I met Beatrice, I figured at best, even if I’m unable to sell in such a tough market, at least I’ll have gained knowledge of the process and what it entails. Boy! Was I wrong! These ladies knew exactly what actions to take. They outlined the entire process for me from start to finish. So I knew exactly what to expect. In addition, they were kind and thoughtful. This brought back a great sense of dignity to me. Most important, these ladies stayed on their grind. They kept me routinely informed and updated at all times. They were persistent, involved and acted steady in getting the properties sold. For this, I can’t thank them enough. To me, both Beatrice and Bibi are modern day crusaders. Keeping me from two foreclosures has given me a new lease on life and removed a huge burden. These two awesome ladies have definitely raised the bar on competency and customer satisfaction. Working with them was great. I look forward to working with under more favorable conditions for all my property needs. Bibi and Beatrice will take excellent care of you.
